The Garden apartment was originally part of a former Victorian house. Built in the early 1800's the building still retains its charm and character whilst the apartment has been renovated to high standards with a beautiful modern finish.

There is also a Family Bathroom with shower over bath.
The large open plan living-dining room is the perfect space for a family or colleagues to chill out after a day exploring or working. The dining table sits 6 people and there is also a desk space for anyone wishing to work or study. The living area has a Smart TV from which guests are able to access Netflix and Youtube.
The apartment is spacious and light throughout. There is plenty of storage in the apartment, the bedrooms have built in wardrobes for guests to store their belongings. A lot of thought has gone in to the decor of the apartment, you will find modern furnishings throughout and eye catching art work.
At the rear of the apartment guests have access and use of a private patio area. In the summer months we shall provide outdoor furniture for guests to use.
The Norham Manor estate is a residential suburb in Oxford. It is part of central North Oxford. To the north is Park Town with its crescents, to the east is the River Cherwell, to the south are the University Parks and to the west is Walton Manor on the other side of Banbury Road.
The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Oxford and there are also excellent bus links to the City and Summertown, the bus is just a few minutes walk from the door the apartment. Oxford Parkway train station with direct links to Bicester Village and London Marylebone is a 15 minute journey by bus.
Many Oxford University Colleges are within walking distance, with St Anne’s College, Kellog, St Hugh's and also the Dragon School being on the doorstep!
It is a short 5 minute walk to Univeristy Parks and 10 minutes to Cherwell Boat house where guests can go punting or enjoy a picnic on sunny days.
Oxford is a small city so you can get to most places by foot. The central bus station is located on George Street. There are a number of bus services covering Oxford and the surrounding areas as well as London and southern airports, just jump on at your nearest stop! The main train station in central Oxford is on New Road, from here you have quick access to London.
Alternatively there is the Oxford Parkway train station which travels between Oxford, Bicester village and London Marylebone. We recommend the Royal Cars taxi app. There are bikes racks at the apartment should guests choose to bring or a hire a bicycle durning their stay.
