Oxfordshire Living Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes your holiday or business plans may change.

When you make your booking with us, we require a 50% deposit of the rental value at the time of booking to secure the property and dates. The remaining balance is then due for payment -

Stays under 28 Nights - 14 Days - prior to your arrival date (and this payment is non-refundable.)

Stays over 28 Nights - 28 Days - prior to your arrival date (and this payment is non-refundable.)

Cancellations Terms -

Stays under 28 Nights - Full refundable up to 14 Days prior to your booking start date at 3pm

Stays over 28 Nights -

Full refundable up to 28 Days prior to your booking start date at 3pm

We strongly recommend that all guests take out holiday and cancellation insurance to protect yourself and your party, should you need to cancel your booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact us directly, as soon as possible.
