Refurbishment Service - 'Fresh Up Rent Up'
Our Fresh Up Rent Up service is designed to enhance properties in order to help landlords stand out from the crowd and as a result encourage rentability. We work with long let landlords to help achieve the maximum rental market value and achieve the shortest void periods between tenants. We also believe that when properties are presented to a high standard it is more likely that tenants will take greater care over the property and therefore reduce landlords costs between tenancies. Our Property Maintenance team ensure all our properties are kept to the highest standard. Aside from our portfolio properties we offer general maintenance support for landlords and private property owners.
