The Vanderbilt house is the perfect location for those coming to visit Blenheim Palace, The Cotswolds, Oxford Airport, Weddings, Salon Privé, Soho Farmhouse and the city of Oxford. The grounds of Blenheim Place are on your door step as well as a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shops. Parking space for two cars is included on the driveway.

The 3 bedroom House form part of the Park View Estate. Built and completed in 2023 the house features a beautiful frontage of Natural Cotswold Stone & boasts a new and modern interior,
This house is ideal for a family or small group of friends. It has ample space for entertaining, with an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area, plus a separate office space.
Large windows and high ceilings give lots of light and space and the doors in the living room allow you to step into your garden to bask in the sunshine.
The garden allows for guests to sit dine outside with seating for 6 on the patio.

There is a family bathroom with a shower over bath on the first floor as well as a separate WC on the ground floor.
The open plan living-dining room is the perfect space for a family or colleagues to chill out after a day exploring or working. The dining table sits 6 people and there is also a separate office for anyone wishing to work or study. The living area has a Smart TV from which guests are able to access Netflix, Youtube and much more.
The kitchen if fully equipped.There is plenty of storage and hanging space in the house. You will find modern furnishings throughout and eye catching art work.
The property forms part of a new build estate. There is continued development taking place and from time to time guests may hear some noise from the building works. It is unlikely that works will take place during the weekend and bank holidays.
The Neighbourhood
Woodstock is home to Blenheim Palace, an UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 5 minutes walk from your front door. Every year there are a wealth of events taking place including, Salon Privé, International Horse Trials, Nocturne Live, Blenheim Place Triathlon, Battle of the Proms Concert, Giffords Circus, Food Festivals, Christmas Fair & Illuminated Light trail and much more. The apartment is the perfect base for those working and attending the events.
London Oxford Airport is just a 10 minute drive from the apartment. For those taking courses, working or travelling to and from the airport will find the apartment the perfect base whilst being close to amenities, eateries and fantastic bus routes.
The Cotswolds is also on our doorstep. Take a tour out to the beautiful towns and villages, including Burford, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Camden, Broadway and many more.
Getting Around
There is a fantastic bus service running between Woodstock, the London Oxford (Kidlington) Airport, and Oxford City. The bus stops on the main road by the entrance to the estate.
