This beautifully presented two-bedroom cottage is ideally located for guests visiting Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, Oxford Airport, local weddings, Soho Farmhouse, and the historic city of Oxford. The grounds of Blenheim Palace are quite literally on your doorstep, along with an excellent selection of independent restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops. Soho Farmhouse is just a 15-minute drive away.

Many historic properties lose their original character over time. During the renovation of this cottage, we carefully reinstated its period features while introducing thoughtful modern touches to enhance comfort and style.

Cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove, unwind with a soak in the roll-top bath, and enjoy a restful night’s sleep in peaceful bedrooms fitted with secondary acoustic glazing, quality beds, and soft, luxurious bedding.

On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove, a separate dining room with seating for four, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a utility room with a washer/dryer.

The cottage comfortably sleeps four guests, including children and infants. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and comprise one king-size bed and one standard double bed The shared family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower.

To the rear of the cottage, a private patio garden is available exclusively for guest use. During the summer months, the flowers bloom beautifully, creating a charming setting to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

Parking and Getting Around -

There is a Free Car park 1 minute walk from the cottage, as well as Pay and Display options throughout the village between 8am - 6pm, outside of these time parking is free.

There is a fantastic bus service running between Woodstock, the London Oxford (Kidlington) Airport, and Oxford City. The bus stop is on the main road by the Woodstock Coffee Shop, grab a coffee and keep an eye on the live bus times whilst you wait. We can provide local Taxi contacts.
