With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment is perfectly suited to families or colleagues visiting Oxford for work or leisure. Guests also benefit from the use of one dedicated parking space located approximately 100 metres from the property.
The garden apartment forms part of a former Victorian house dating back to the early 1800s. While the building retains much of its original charm and character, the apartment itself has been thoughtfully renovated blending period features with a stylish and contemporary finish.
The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, as does the second bedroom. The third bedroom includes a double bed and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. In addition, there is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The generous open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming space for relaxing or socialising after a day of exploring or working. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, and a dedicated desk area is available for those needing to work or study. The living area features a Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube.
Light and airy throughout, the apartment offers ample storage space, with built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms for guests’ belongings. The interiors have been carefully styled with modern furnishings and striking artwork, creating a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere.
To the rear of the apartment, guests have access to a private patio aree, offering a pleasant space to sit and unwind.

The central bus station is located on George Street, with a wide range of services operating throughout Oxford, the surrounding areas, London, and major southern airports. Local bus stops are conveniently located across the city, making travel simple and accessible.
Oxford’s main railway station, situated on Park End Street, provides direct and frequent services to London and other major cities. Alternatively, Oxford Parkway station offers convenient connections between Oxford, Bicester Village, and London Marylebone.
For local travel, we recommend using the Royal Cars taxi app for reliable service. Should guests wish to bring or hire a bicycle during their stay, secure bike racks are available at the apartment.

The Neigbourhood -
The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk from Oxford city centre, with excellent bus links to both the city and Summertown just a few minutes from the front door. Oxford Parkway station, with direct trains to Bicester Village and London Marylebone, can be reached in around 15 minutes by bus.
Several Oxford University colleges are within easy walking distance, including St Anne’s College, Kellogg College, St Hugh’s College, and the Dragon School, all of which are close by. University Parks is just a five-minute walk away, and the Cherwell Boathouse is around 10 minutes on foot, where guests can enjoy punting or a picnic by the river on sunny days.
Norham Manor is a picturesque residential neighbourhood in central North Oxford, renowned for its leafy streets and elegant period homes. To the north, you’ll find the distinctive crescents of Park Town, while the tranquil River Cherwell flows along the eastern edge. Just to the south lie the beautiful University Parks, perfect for walking, running, or enjoying a sunny afternoon. To the west, across Banbury Road, is the charming area of Walton Manor, making Norham Manor a peaceful yet perfectly connected part of Oxford. Its combination of character, greenery, and proximity to the city makes it a highly desirable area to explore or stay.
